SHIPPING + RETURNS
HANDLING TIMES
We dispatch all online orders on Tuesday and Thursday. Should you need to receive your order quicker than our standard handling times, please email: shop@atlanticbyronbay.com.au
During promotional activity, sales and the Christmas period our handling times may extend up to 4 business days. Items that have a lead time noted on the product page, will be shipped within the specified time.
Please note if the order has been processed by our warehouse team it will not be possible to change or cancel the order.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
We offer a $10 flat rate shipping fee Australia wide. Should an item fall outside our flat rate fee, it will be denoted on the product page and an additional invoice sent to you for shipping. Should you wish to get a shipping quote for a product that falls outside our flat rate fee prior to purchase, please email shop@atlanticbyronbay.com.au with the item you are interested in and your delivery address.
We ship Australian orders using a variety of couriers and Australia Post, which allows us to select the quickest and best courier for your order to be delivered safely. All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave. Should you wish not to have Authority to Leave, please let us know in the notes section of your order.
TRACKING
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, a link to track the progress of your delivery, and an estimated delivery time frame. This is only an estimate as the courier service can experience delays and service interruptions. While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, Holiday Store are not responsible for any delays that might occur and delivery times are not guaranteed by our carriers. If you are experiencing a delay with your order arriving, send our team an email to shop@atlanticbyronbay.com.au with your order number and we will open an investigation with the courier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available and calculated at checkout. We use a combination of Australia Post and International couriers, depending on your order's destination.
Please note, you may be liable for your countries custom tax and duties. Australian export regulations requires us to declare the exact value of all items and shipping costs. Prior to placing your order, we recommend contacting your local customs office to confirm any duty and tax that will be payable. Any additional tax or duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient and not Holiday Store.
RETURNS
Holiday Store endeavours to provide all the information we can about our products so you know exactly what you are purchasing. However, we are unable to accept change of mind returns on products unless your item has been damaged in transit or you have received an incorrect item. Please get in touch prior to ordering if you have questions or concerns about your specific item at shop@atlanticbyronbay.com.au
DAMAGES IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us shop@atlanticbyronbay.com.au with photos of the damage and your order number.
